What We Do
A research-driven platform for capability building, CORE combines cutting-edge research with practical solutions. We partner with organisations, universities and schools to create competency-based learning, leadership, coaching and development initiatives aligned with real performance needs.
OUR APPROACH
1. Understand the Context
We begin by listening to stakeholders, examining current realities and defining desired outcomes. This ensures every intervention reflects the organisation, institution, audience, culture and challenges it must address in practice.
2. Ground It in Research
We draw on behavioural science, leadership research, learning theory, neuroscience and industry evidence to select sound methods, relevant frameworks and approaches suited to each capability requirement and intended organisational outcome.
3. Design for Application
We convert concepts into cases, simulations, practice opportunities and usable tools. Participants work with realistic situations, making learning easier to understand, remember and apply confidently at work after the program.
4. Deliver Engaging Experiences
Our facilitators create participative environments that encourage inquiry, reflection and experimentation. Flexible in-person, virtual and hybrid formats help us engage diverse audiences without compromising learning quality or depth of application.
5. Embed and Measure

After working in schools around the world, Andrew is convinced that the education status quo must be disrupted.
He is the Co-Founder of Developing Education, which operates three sub-divisions: Breaking the Paradigm, First Intention, and The Enlightened Educator Project.
Additionally, Andrew is the Montessori Curriculum and Pedagogy Coordinator and Humanities Guide at the Oneness-Family Montessori High School and an Affiliate Instructor of Montessori Teacher Education at the graduate level at Loyola University.
He holds a Masters in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, a Bachelors in Anthropology from the University of Rochester, an AMI Montessori Adolescent Diploma, a Teaching for Equity Micro-Certification from Embracing Equity, and a certificate from the Phillips Exeter Humanities Institute.

Tamela is especially gifted in helping teachers navigate the complex developmental needs of adolescents, creating learning environments where both children and adults can thrive.

Shahista is an educationist at heart, with over 20 years of experience working in the field of Education, training and curriculum development.
She has a Bachelors Degree in commerce, and has completed her Montessori training from the London Montessori Center, UK as well as the Florida International Montessori Alliance, USA. She has also achieved her Masters in Montessori Education from Sarasota University, Florida, and is currently working on her PHD in Educational Psychology from MLCU.
Shahista is also the founder of the Florida Montessori Center, which is a teacher's training Institute dedicated to empowering women in the field of education. FMC, has currently trained and placed over 500 teachers in Bangalore and abroad.
