who we are

Welcome to Council for Ongoing Research in Education!

CORE is a collective of educators, researchers, and changemakers committed to transforming education through innovation, collaboration, and action. We believe that research should not sit on dusty shelves — it should live and breathe in classrooms, teacher training programs, and schools across the world.

Founded in India and connected globally, CORE bridges the wisdom of traditional pedagogies like Montessori with the science of how children learn best today.

We are not a movement of compliance — we are a movement of consciousness.

Schools are not factories of performance; they are ecosystems of growth. Change cannot be imposed — it must be understood, supported, and sustained.

We are not here to rescue education. We are here to reawaken its purpose — to help educators reconnect with the why, and to give them the tools to build their own how.

At CORE, we believe change in education must begin at the roots — with the teacher, the classroom, and the child’s lived experience. That’s why our approach is both research-informed and practice-driven.

We work closely with schools and educators to co-create contextual solutions. Our programs designed through collaborative assessments, community engagement, and deep listening to the realities of each learning space.

We help institutions build capacity to evolve their own pedagogy, grounded in child development, cognitive science, and cultural relevance.

CORE is not an institution — it's a movement of minds. Our team brings together educators, researchers, child development experts, policy thinkers, and practitioners from around the world who share a common vision: to shift education from fear to freedom.

The CORE team includes international mentors, curriculum designers, school leaders, and faculty with lived experience across multiple pedagogies.

What unites us is not uniformity — but commitment. What fuels us is not hierarchy — but collaboration. We listen deeply. We act deliberately. And we walk alongside every partner as co-travelers — not as consultants.
