A multidisciplinary capability-building platform committed to strengthening people, workplaces and educational institutions.

More than an institution, CORE is a movement of minds—a collective of educators, researchers, facilitators, coaches and changemakers building capability across work and learning. We bring diverse perspectives together to strengthen leadership, improve performance, advance education and create meaningful, sustainable change for individuals, organisations, institutions and communities worldwide today.

Founded in India and connected globally, CORE combines local understanding with international perspectives. Our global mentor network includes experienced facilitators, industry experts, coaches, educators and neurodevelopment specialists. Together, they bring proven methodologies, practical experience and cultural insight to every learning engagement, partnership, program and institutional capability journey we design collaboratively.

We believe research must improve practice. By combining evidence with real organisational, academic and learner contexts, we translate knowledge into practical frameworks, experiences and solutions. Our work helps people develop relevant competencies, apply learning confidently, solve meaningful challenges and deliver measurable outcomes across workplaces, universities, schools and communities over time.

International facilitators, industry experts, coaches, educators and neurodevelopment specialists form our global mentor network. Their combined experience brings diverse perspectives, proven practices and contextual insight to corporate, leadership and academic learning.

A research-driven platform for capability building, CORE combines cutting-edge research with practical solutions. We partner with organisations, universities and schools to create competency-based learning, leadership, coaching and development initiatives aligned with real performance needs.

We begin by listening to stakeholders, examining current realities and defining desired outcomes. This ensures every intervention reflects the organisation, institution, audience, culture and challenges it must address in practice.

We draw on behavioural science, leadership research, learning theory, neuroscience and industry evidence to select sound methods, relevant frameworks and approaches suited to each capability requirement and intended organisational outcome.

We convert concepts into cases, simulations, practice opportunities and usable tools. Participants work with realistic situations, making learning easier to understand, remember and apply confidently at work after the program.

Our facilitators create participative environments that encourage inquiry, reflection and experimentation. Flexible in-person, virtual and hybrid formats help us engage diverse audiences without compromising learning quality or depth of application.

Learning continues through assignments, coaching, peer exchange, feedback and reinforcement. We evaluate understanding, application and progress, helping organisations and institutions sustain capability and identify future development priorities with greater clarity.
